This project was put up by the British Council Germany and the German web-zine politik-digital.de.

The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations in 109 countries and territories worldwide. Its purpose is to build mutually beneficial relationships between people in the UK and other countries and to increase appreciation of the UK's creative ideas and achievements.

politik-digital.de is a website that offers news and background information about how the internet can influence political communication from a citizens' point of view. A small team of professional fulltime journalists is joined by some 100 volunteers to keep the website up to date.
