Du gegen AIDS
In the online petition "Du gegen AIDS" (You against AIDS), UNICEF Germany asks users to sign the demands to the pharmaceutical industry and the German government to do more against HIV and AIDS. Besides just signing the petition, there's also room for a small explanation or supporting statement.
Additional Description:
UNICEF’s four main demands are the production of children’s medicine, lower medicine prices, AIDS education on schools, and more money for aimed development in the third world. Users can fill in their name, eMail and write a statement, which will be published on the website. There’s an extra section for German celebrities who make a statement. UNICEF also asks the users to blog about AIDS, to gain more consciousness about this terrible disease.
