Mission Statement

We present a variety of internet based participation projects in the United Kingdom and in Germany. Our aim is to show diverse developments and highlight examples of good practice. Furthermore, we would like to encourage people to join one of these projects or to start their own.

One of 217 projects: Oberfinanzdirektion Hannover

The Regional Tax Office Hannover conducts an online survey on its website on the public’s “Satisfaction with the Tax Authorities.” The participant may complete a prepared questionnaire evaluating the tax authority, especially its service.
