There are 11 million of children in England - in 2007 the first Children´s Commisisioner has been set up. The website is a space for kids to have their say and to discuss the Commissioner´s plans for the following year.

Young London Teens

Users can make known their thoughts, ideas, and opinions on London’s development, by writing directly to the mayor. Youth are addressed as the primary target group. All personal information is optional, except for a name. Information about London for young Londoners is available.

National Youth Agency

The website offers young people a range of opportunities for participation, such as online surveys and an unmoderated forum. Thematically, it addresses points that young people respond to and that give them a better chance to develop. The NYA also runs an online youith magazine called RUCKUS.

Scottish Youth Parliament

The Scottish Youth Parliament works in ten commissions. Once registering on the website, one can participate in the work of the Youth Parliament through the Internet. In march 2007, a manifesto was created through an online consultation, in which users expressed their political priorities.
