Downing Street E-Petitions

Downing Street is working in partnership with the non-partisan charitable project mySociety to provide a service to allow citizens, charities and campaign groups to set up petitions that are hosted on the Downing Street website, enabling anyone to address and deliver a petition directly to the Prime Minister.

Petition Point is a platform for professional campaign organisers and individuals seeking support for their campaigns. A user may participate either if he starts his own e-petition or supports an existing one. One supports a petition by completing a contact form. The last petition was in June 2006.

The Scottish Parliament e-Petinioner

The Scottish Parliament offers the option of submitting petitions online as well as supporting or commenting on the requests of other petitioners. After submitting an online petition, the petitioner can review its progress on the website. In addition, the petitioner can view any feedback to his petition.

Ask Bristol

The views and opinions of citizens living in the Bristol region should be collected and discussed. In a further step, the discussion results are forwarded to government officials and media representatives. Wir haben bezahlt

On “wirhabenbezahlt.de” (we’ve paid.de), people can sign an e-petition for cheaper, legal and DRM-free music. The project is supported by many software- and music activists from Germany and Austria, and also by a few MP3- and Bittorrentwebsites which already share a lot of music.
